Senior Business & Market Analyst

Vision executives have partnered with one of Europe’s leading ophthalmic companies who are looking for a Senior Business and Market Analyst. The selected candidate will maintain analytical tools within the business, conduct data analysis and general businesses analysis to support the sales and marketing teams. The role will also involve creating innovative technical solutions to deliver accurate information and analysis to the sales and marketing management.

This is a UK based opportunity. This position is offering a competitive salary and excellent benefit package.

The key responsibilities include:

• Manage adoption of the CRM system and continued project management of the system
• Provide user training, support, advice and collect feedback
• Create reports in Power BI that cross reference CRM and Sales Data
• Manage supplier relationships and manage the cost budget for all data and licence costs
• Business information – manage databases and build reports for all levels of the business
• Create meaningful and accurate reports for tracking the business KPIs
• Design and calculate sales teams’ incentives, target setting and bonus metrics
• Monitor and maintain the data quality of the organization and support projects of the parent company where required
• Implement GDPR compliance measures taking advice from the companies’ Data Protection Officer
• Manage FOI request and always follow company SOP’s

 
Suitable candidates will have experience working in the Ophthalmic Pharmaceuticals sector and can demonstrate where they have added commercial value to the business through their previous roles.
