Vision Executives are hiring a Sales Manager who will manage the sales activities within their assigned territory to generate new business, support existing business and achieve sustainable sales growth in line with agreed business objectives. They will contribute to the development and implementation of the sales strategy while representing in the market and driving the area towards success. In addition, this position will be involved directly in KOL development, training and customer support. This role is located in the Nordics and Netherlands. It will be home office based with extensive travel and comes with a competitive salary, bonus and company car. Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will have a University Degree in science, or and equivalent qualification. They will have 5 or more years of high-performance sales experience within the area’s ophthalmic medical space. Experience in the Retina Specialty is preferred. They will be eloquent in the local language as well as English. You will also be comfortable working in a ‘start-up’ environment and have good computer skills.
