NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, GERMANY

Vision Executives are looking for a National Key Account Manager based in Germany. They will achieve product listings within Pharmacies, Pharmacy Retail Groups and Optical Retail Chains and to create awareness for the therapy and our portfolio amongst prescribing physicians in Germany.

The Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop regional networks of pharmacies in the catchment area of select surgery customers of the company.
• Deliver product listings, revenue and targets stated in annual business plans.
• Overall responsibility for securing critical product listings and sales across the region with:

                o Select Pharmacies around Surgical Practices
                o Pharmaceutical and Optical Wholesalers
                o Retail Pharmacy Groups
                o Optical Retail Chains
               o All with view to capturing and driving repeat prescriptions and on shelf purchases
                   in the community

• Management for product line supply chain, including

                o Managing and optimising ratio between sold units and samples provided to
                   pharmacies and surgeries to trigger sales growth
                o Maintenance of a steady warehouse level of product depending on demand in
                    alignment with customer service
 
Suitable candidates will be educated to a degree level, ideally with a science background. They will have experience with pharmacies and retail pharmaceutical groups and have at least 3 years’ experience. They will also be experienced in managing complexity – understanding industry data and identifying opportunities.
