INSIDE SALES MANAGER, GERMANY

Vision Executives are looking for an Inside Sales Manager based in Germany. The candidate will achieve the quantitative and qualitive sales targets. They will also identify and acquire new customers with the company’s products and partner products.

The key responsibilities include:

• Intensive collaboration with the Sales and Marketing departments
• Training and development concepts for sales for doctors and operating theatre staff in
• hospitals and practices
• Dedicated, goal-oriented and effective design of the Premium Consultant position
• Positive, open and creative collaboration with the existing teams in order to ensure added value for the customer when using the company’s product portfolio
• Observation of market and customer trends, including price development and competitor activities, feedback to the sales and marketing teams
• Continuous development of personal sales skills as well as product knowledge through continuous participation in internal or external training programs with documentation of results
• Targeted sales activities in your own area in accordance with the defined sales and marketing strategies
• Elaboration of ongoing action, sales and area plans and sales analyses
• Consistency of personal and business activities with quality management systems and relevant SOPs as well as other guidelines

 
Suitable candidates will be educated to a degree level with a science background or commercial training and will be able to sell medical devices according to German rules and regulations. They will have experience in ophthalmology and selling medical devices and at least 3 years relevant experience.
