Independent Eyewear Sales Agent - Austria

Vision Executives are a recruitment consultancy specialising in the global eyecare industry and we have partnered with a leading international manufacturer of eyewear who are looking to expand their independent sales team across Germany and Austria.
 
Our clients own a leading brand for quality spectacle frames with a successful presence in over 60 countries in North and South America, Europe and Africa/Middle East. We are looking for dynamic and motivated independent sales representatives (f/m/d) for their German & Austrian subsidiary. They support and steer their international brand strategy from the headquarters in Madrid where they have a completely German-speaking team for customer and employee support.
 
Ideally, you already have experience in ophthalmic optics, either as a sales representative or optician. However, the priority for is that you bring the spirit and the right motivation to further expand the business in the independent optical channel.

Your tasks:

• Building a sustainable business for their eyewear collections
• Acquiring new customers and looking after existing customers in the independent optical channel
• Optometrist staff training to maximize in-store sales of our products
• Presence at any trade fairs
