HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Vision Executives are looking for a Head of Business Development to join an innovative medical device start-up. The candidate will be required to become an expert in the companies products and use this knowledge to develop awareness and demand for the products.

This a European based position but can be done remotely. It comes with a competitive salary and a bonus.

​The key responsibilities include:

• Leading the business development process and develop a growth strategy for financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities.
• Conduct research to identify new markets.
• Lead company’s marketing and sales activity, including managing current and prospect customers, presentations, marketing materials, exhibitions, and conferences etc…
• Provide feedback and after sales support.

 
Suitable candidates will have at least 5 years proved working experience as a business development manager, sales and marketing executive. They will also have experience in introducing new products to the market and in the medical device industry. They will also have excellent communication, organisation and human skills and experience with a multidisciplinary interface. Relevant academic degree is required along with fluency in English.
