eye Wear sales manager DACH

​In this exciting opportunity Vision Executives have partnered with an international manufacturer of luxury eye wear who are searching for a sales manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our clients are expanding their sales team and introducing new exciting eye wear designs to the market.

Our multi-national client is looking for an experienced and ambitious sales person to manager their sales team.

​Responsibilities include:

• Create and execute a Plan of Action (POA) to achieve product listings in the optical channel.
• Develop and implement local promotional strategies and tactics for the optical channel to achieve sales goals.
• Manage, train and develop a team of 6 field sales representatives
• Work closely with the marketing team to advise on market opportunities (based on customer insight and feedback). Implement agreed tactics effectively within the country cluster.
• The initial focus of this role will be the launch of a new range.
• Support for the whole product portfolio is expected when required to create a cross selling approach of the different brands.
• Support European sales director in creation of annual business plans aligning to brand and channel plans.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues sharing market intelligence that may influence other direct markets. 
• Credible and confident use of Office applications i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Undertake local market research with support from the marketing team and engage with the business development team to identify emerging opportunities.
• Autonomous worker responsible for DACH region.
